The PDPO provides you with certain additional or distinct rights from those described in the main body of this Privacy Policy, as follows:
- Right to be informed:Where we collect personal data from you, we will take all practicable steps to ensure that you are informed of the purposes for which the personal data are to be used, the classes of persons to whom the data may be transferred, and your right to request access to and correction of your personal data, and the name or job title and address of the person to whom any such request may be made.

If we do so, you have the right to obtain a copy of that personal data held by us, subject to the exemptions provided under the PDPO. We may charge a fee for this copy, provided the fee is not excessive.

- Right to erasure / Right to be forgotten:While the PDPO does not expressly provide a general “right to be forgotten”, we are required to take all practicable steps to erase personal data held by us when the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were used, unless retention is required by law or is in the public interest.
- Right to object to direct marketing:Where your personal data is to be used for direct marketing or provided to others for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object to such use or provision. We must comply with such objection without charge.
- Right to data portability:The PDPO does not contain an explicit, standalone right to data portability in the same sense as some other jurisdictions. However, in handling an access request, we will provide your personal data in the form specified by you (subject to practicability and exemptions) and, where we hold the data in a particular form, we will comply with format requests insofar as reasonably practicable.
